We hold your keys and provide a pickup point for your authorised trades, new tenants etc.

Fee also includes two (2) free key pick up or drop off from / to your rental property.

You will receive a comprehensive detailed report accompanied with photographs of the current condition of your property.

You will receive a succinct report with photographs of the current condition of your property including any maintenance / repair items requiring your attention.

for Inspections

$150 per open home

A 30min walk-through will be provided for groups or pre-arranged private viewings.

Key Pickup or Key Drop Off

$60 per property

We will drop off or pickup keys at your rental property for authorised access of tradesman, new tenants, etc

  1.  All fees are inclusive of GST
  2. Not all residential addresses may be serviced
  3. Fee may be higher depending on the location & size of your rental property. Open homes are as arranged by you.
  4. Fee is for each service. Service being a key pick up or a key drop off, not both
  5. Charges will apply if keys need to be mailed or sent back to you by courier
